BORA IN DECEMBER

Bora this time of the year is lovely. You can enjoy all its beauty without all the noise. That doesn’t mean we didn’t party, though, cause we did 
One of our friends did the 15 shooters in Cocomangas because the registry showed his rival country had 3 folks who did the shots compared to his country’s 1. Talk about motivation. Of course, he got all buzzed and that was the highlight of the night. Hahaha. Saturday morning was raining so we stayed in the room to play bluff. Been ages since I played that game! Guess who the best bluffer in town is?! Not me, for sure.. Hahaha. We spent the afternoon touring around the island. And for someone like me who doesn’t know how to swim, that was one scary boat ride. No regrets. Fun to see Bora from afar. I loved Puka beach the most. It’s like a different island altogether. Not much of the party-goers around. But the waves. Argh. We had a hearty but very affordable lunch. Yum. Saturday night was party night again. We hung out at Hey Jude’s for a bit. We moved somewhere else to meet other folks who decided to ditch us just when we arrived. Had a pitcher of weng-wengs which was too sweet but it gave me the right buzz. So no complaints really
Sunday was the best day of all. It was sunny and we managed to squeeze in lounging at the beach before heading home. And like always, leaving Boracay is one of the most difficult things to do…
Well, till next time. The sun worshipper will be back
